Not every student knows their next step, and that’s okay.

V Certs are designed to help learners develop both knowledge and practical skills while exploring potential career pathways.

🎥 Hear directly from a learner from Queen Katherine Academy on how these qualifications can shape future decisions and open new opportunities.

We were delighted to welcome Youth Employment UK to our head office today to host a youth voice session with our young colleagues from our Youth Ambassador Network 🗣️

It was a really valuable opportunity to hear directly from our young people about the challenges they're facing – from access to employment, education and work experience, to their thoughts on local transport and getting on the housing ladder.

A huge thank you to our Youth Ambassador Network members for sharing their insights so openly, as well as to Baz Ramaiah, Eleanor Chambers, and Charlotte Blacker from Youth Employment UK for hosting the session in collaboration with Helen Ketteringham and Jenni Chismond.

It was especially fitting to bring everyone together during Learning at Work Week, celebrating development, growth and the importance of listening and learning from one another.

Watch this space as our ambassadors share their reflections from today’s session during Youth Employment Week, taking place from 6–10 July.

This #LearningAtWorkWeek, we’re emphasising the power of continuous learning with inspiration from @amazingif and their latest book, Learn Like a Lobster! 🦞📚

Following an interactive session facilitated by Sarah Ellis, many colleagues signed up to our Learn Like a Lobster book club experience which starts this week and will continue throughout the year. We will experiment with this lobster-like learning to help our colleagues and teams to:

🦞 never stop growing
🦞 grow through hard moments, and
🦞 fuel our own growth.

NCFE's approach to an 'always learning culture' is simple - Learn it, Share it, Apply it.
