That is DAY 30 EVERYBODYYY of running a 5k EVERYDAY for 30 days🎀🏃🏼‍♀️ Courage Wears a Crown👑 5k fundraiser for @alex_rowan1 in her battle with brain cancer!

Man, was that a challenge! I am not a usual runner so I knew it was going to be hard but that was literally the point. I see Alex doing the hard things everyday and it reminds me that I get to choose my hard. Showing up for yourself is hard, pushing your body physically is hard but our bodies and this life is a gift🩷 This little challenge pushed me and showed me what I’m capable of and reminds me of how much more I’m capable of.
