Not your usual puttanesca. This cauliflower version is rich, punchy and full of Mediterranean vibes!

Proof that veggies can be the main event 🥬

Crispy on the outside and soft inside, these Greek tomato balls are packed with herbs, feta, and the rich taste of Mutti Peeled Tomatoes: perfect for sharing and dipping.

🍅 Chop Mutti Peeled Tomatoes and let them drain for about 20 minutes.
🥗 Mix with chopped onion, flour, crumbled feta, mint, oregano, salt, pepper, and a pinch of bicarbonate of soda until smooth.
🍳 Heat oil to 170°C, shape the mixture with a spoon and fry in batches until golden and crispy.
🥣 Mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Serve hot with the sauce and enjoy.
