COPEFEST is @cope_collective’s annual festival of new music, bringing together composer-performers, ensembles, and solo artists for a weekend of premieres and collaborative work from the NYC experimental music community.

NYC friends! September 21st ~ Come through and experience Moon Unit 🌙

Exciting announcement: Moon Unit is now a TRIO! We are beyond thrilled to add the incredible composer, improviser, and multi-instrumentalist (piano, cello, electronics, and more) Robert Karpay to Moon Unit.

Now that we’re a trio, we invite composers not only to write for us as a full ensemble, but can split us into duos (and solos?)! On top of our improvisation, we want to work as a fluid ensemble/mini-collective.

We are so excited about this, and there will be more updates to come. 🌘🌌🖤
