Our future “arts & culture ambassadors" in the "MGM Arts & Culture Youth Docent Training Course" are diving into an intense and rewarding artistic journey! They’re mastering cultural theory, public speaking, practical tour skills, and had the exciting chance to explore precious artifacts up close at the POLY MGM MUSEUM — where history and art truly come alive!
 
Breaking away from traditional teaching, the program blends interactive exercises, games, and immersive experiences. Led by professional docents and industry trainers, these young talents are sharpening their storytelling skills, deepening cultural insights, and building unshakable confidence. Each training session unlocks new achievements, bringing them closer to their own guiding “Showcase” moment 🎤!

The POLY MGM MUSEUM has unveiled a new phase of its Silk Roads Beyond Borders exhibition, adding prestigious European masterpieces and innovative, immersive experiences.

A major highlight is the Asia debut of two 18th-century Venetian School oil paintings: Canaletto’s The Molo from the Bacino di San Marco and Michele Marieschi’s Ca’ Foscari and Palazzo Balbi on the Grand Canal.

The Exhibition also features a textile dialogue, showcasing a 19th-century Persian Farahan Carpet from Lisbon alongside MGM’s Dragon Patterned Throne Carpet.

Beyond physical artifacts, visitors can now join the ”Marco Polo VR Experience,“ a complimentary 10-minute immersive journey using virtual reality to retrace the legendary explorer’s path across Eurasia.
