I first met @gaelggallegos at an @aquimercado.seattle
pop-up a couple of years ago. He was doing a solo performance, and to say I was stoked to meet an artist like him is an understatement.

Last month, G suffered a brain bleed caused by three aneurysms in his brain. He was taken to the ICU and underwent a procedure to stop the bleeding - thankfully, he's been in a stable condition since, but still has a long road to recovery ahead of him. He is currently facing upwards of 6 months of rehab, and it's possible he'll need to undergo another surgery in the future.

I cannot even begin to imagine what he and his loved ones are going through right now. G is one of the kindest and most genuine people I've had the pleasure to perform & work with. He is a person who deserves to be able to make music again. Please, consider donating to his GoFundMe - all proceeds will go to medical bills and rehab costs. We're stoked to announce that M2 Labs is officially endorsing Megan Cannon of Seattle's Instant Crush. I've been listening to them ever since Hector, one of our M2 Labs artists who also works with Megan and Instant Crush on recording, talked about the band, and honestly, "STAB MY BACK" has that same spark I felt when Paramore first hit back in high school, with hints of Le Tigre and Yeah Yeah Yeahs that just make me grin.
