out of disruption, out of doing something the industry hadn’t seen before.

And slowly…the same industry started adopting it.
Following it. Replicating the framework we created.
Today, many use the term.
Many follow the structure.
But there’s a difference between
naming the game
and playing catch-up.
Because being a Media Director isn’t a designation.
It’s a mindset.
A vision. A way of building culture, not just campaigns.
We didn’t just create a title.
We defined an era.
And while the world continues to follow the blueprint, we’re already rewriting the next one.

Founders note:
22 years of Main Hoon Na.
And, 22 years of us.

This wasn’t just the first film we worked on… it was the beginning of everything. Walking into the industry with a film like this, full of heart, with the biggest and the best in the industry, we couldn’t have asked for a better debut.

Somewhere along the way, “Main Hoon Na” stopped being just the title of our first film. It became my slogan, a way of showing up. At work, in life, at every turning point. Anyone who came to us with a problem, a moment, a need, got the same answer, without a second thought. Main Hoon Na!
