A glimpse of our journey. Our highlight of 2024. A message to our daughter. The day our BG became part of me.

Reflecting on the year as I enter my final trimester, I wanted to share with you this special July morning. The culmination of nearly 8 months of appointments that included countless blood draws, prescriptions, ultrasounds and genetic testing. Our transfer day.

We count our blessings everyday that our first transfer worked. It’s a process that’s emotionally, physically, mentally and financially taxing. But it’s all worth it and then some.

Thank you to the team at @scrcivf and our OB @shamsahamersi You’re all miracle workers.

It’s been a monumental year, but we can’t wait for 2025… the year we welcome our daughter! We thank you for all the support since making our announcement. It means so much to us. 🥹👼🤰🏻💕🫶🙏🏽

My personal PSA 😊: I just finished my first postpartum mammogram and very first breast ultrasound and bone density scan. Pregnancy and breastfeeding for 13 months prevented me from getting my annual mammos (that I’ve been getting since my mid 30s) It feels good to check it off my list now. And I must say, the ultrasound and bone density scan were simple procedures. Quick and pain-free. Getting older is a privilege. So, while the robe and tests aren’t sexy, you know what is: maintaining your health and living to tell! Now we wait for the results… any questions? ⬇️ I’m an open book. 😘🎉🤩 ❤️
