Stop saying you’re not flexible.
We limit ourselves with our own limited thinking.
How can you be flexible if you’ve never trained your body
to move in ways it’s never moved before?
Fascia.
Muscle.
Nervous system.
They require adaptation.
Like any new skill.
Like any new sport.
It requires time.
Repetition.
Discipline.
Kung Fu. It means skill earned through time and disciplined practice.
This is what my training is teaching me:
You don’t become something new by only thinking differently.
You become it by training your body to hold a new pattern. A new way of being.
And most people never move past the discomfort of breaking a way of thinking and, aren’t willing to put the time into becoming the version of themselves they say they want.
At the end of the day, every real shift is:
an identity shift
and a nervous system shift

I used to sit there trying to calm my mind while my body is freaking out.
It never worked.
I finally learned that anxiety is not just mental. It’s the nervous system. It’s the body holding unprocessed emotions. It’s scattered energy. It’s 199 tabs open.
When the Heart meridian is congested you feel it as:

– heaviness
– emotional overwhelm
