Once upon a time, back in May 2019, my life was very different from how it is now. Five years ago, I was struggling with depression, severe anxiety, loneliness, and low self-esteem. However, today, I am filled with self-love, taking better care of my health, staying active, and working on building and boosting my confidence. I feel much better about myself and I am very lucky to be surrounded by supportive friends, family, and of course, my boyfriend @willcab who inspires me everyday to become a better version of myself.
