GAME OVER sounds different in the hands of any individual, which is the coolest part about it, when programming the controller I myself didn’t think each person would have their own way of playing around with the visuals and audio to the point where it doesn’t even feel like the audio comes from the same sound library, but I think it was after seeing the many different approaches to it that I realized Liza and I really COOKED on this one

Thank you to @catalyst.berlin for trusting us with the project and giving us a platform to share what we were working on, after 3 weeks of pure isolation from humanity.

Inspired by video games, the work explores how we shape — and are shaped by - digital environments. It invites you to play with perception, visually as well as sonically, becoming both the player and part of the game itself.

i can’t believe i’m writing this. I’m loading the tracks into soundcloud like right now. This is my gift to me for my 20th birthday, and cadeau de retour to all my loved ones. It took a while to be able to say this, but I’m SOPROUD OF MYSELF FOR THIS. i sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed producing, writing, singing, rapping, mixing,mastering (cap) this project Every single song comes from a different place in my heart, and there’s a little bit of everything in here. i don’t mean to spoil, but you want rap? bet. ambient experimental? bet. punk? bet. Lebanese indie? BET!
