@mywhoosh has helped make heat training so much easier for me, at least while I’m going through it, I can feel like i’m actually going somewhere when ACTUALLY i’m sat in my far too hot room with far too many layers!

it doesn’t feel so bad when you actually cover ground! (bonus points for the fact that it couldn’t be more accessible 😊!!)

Our first Traka as a team - what a week🧡

Long days, big efforts, plenty of emotions and memories.

We’re proud of how the whole team showed up: riders, staff, friends and everyone behind the scenes making this project possible.

Ready for more.

@thetraka 360!!! what a rollercoaster it was to get to this race, let alone the race itself. I worked really hard to get my mind and my body to a place where I felt confident lining up for a result here - in short, it wasn’t what i’d hoped for but there were many good things and smaller wins that came from this as well and I can be proud of that. 12 hours pushing yourself as hard as you can on the bike with the strongest as they come is nothing to feel disappointed in and what a team to do it with @megamogravelracingand the other incredible support i have around me🫂🧡

time for some rest before shifting to the next big goals of the season :)

Oh santa vall, maybe one year i’ll actually finish this bloody race 🫠 , this year instead of a broken bike, it’s a bit of a broken body. I’ve been struggling with a nasty back/quad injury that’s been really impacting my ability to push and race like myself which has taken a bit of a toll on me mentally. Just reminding myself that the season is long and i’m lucky to have such a patient and supportive team at @megamogravelracing 🧡 they killed it this weekend on and off the bike and i can’t wait to be back and crush it with them when i feel like myself again.

Gonna get some stuff checked out and rule out all the scary stuff and keep looking ahead 🤞🏼
