Shoulders (feat. @kennethpattengale) comes out May 14th on my debut album, “People ≠ Possessions”.

for the nerds who want the backstory:
In the midst of making my record at @bellchoirstudios, i wrote this tune, and instantly knew it needed a seat on the album. When i showed “Shoulders” to @tylerchester (producer), he said he knew JUST the person to feature on it…Kenneth Pattengale. Having been a fan, and being inspired by @themilkcartonkids for many years, I was in a bit of disbelief at the possibility…but, as fate would have it, the very next day i randomly ran into Kenneth in the green room at a @gregoryalanisakov concert in LA. I really am a sucker for some serendipity 🥲 We got into the studio a few weeks later, and the rest is history.

I can’t wait for you to hear it, May 14th!

i had the absolute joy of visiting the stunning @middleridgestudio while i was opening for @yevagabonds there on their tour a few months ago, and got to meet the incredible @cianhaudio & @lvarian who filmed, recorded and produced this live take of Elephant Monster.

It was a really special day, and i look forward to returning to play an outdoor concert on the ranch outside the studio as part of my headline tour on June 6th with support from @lucaslawsonmusic

this song is my new current obsession. at first listen i didn’t realize it but then it hit me that this is just all one big metaphor and it feels like what the journey of making an album felt like. moral of the story… we did the dang thing, floppy arms and all!
