Posting this as it serves as a commitment to myself to get contracts sorted for @goodtwinofficial (already underway). And because it resonated with a lot of people.
I always say the best part about having a small company is being agile enough to innovate quickly, so I’m starting with contracts. Then I’m moving onto deals. I’ll Claude the sh*t out of our processes. I don’t care about TikTok, I don’t care about streaming as the #1 metric or goal and I don’t care for old school systems and processes.
So if you’re an artist or manager or industry person who’s entrepreneurial and understand that master ownership is your greatest asset and you have patience for sustainable growth and you’re open to new ways of doing things, then I welcome you to the journey.

goodtwin was established in Jan 2025 by Lucie Watson, who after 10-years of building label services company Platoon, and launching the careers of Billie Eilish, Jorja Smith, Victoria Monèt and more, has seen an opportunity to build a bridge between Aotearoa and the UK for artists, hoping to give them more opportunities and exposure on a global scale.
