There’s something about looking back at these moments… these faces, these hugs, these wide-open hearts… that reminds me why I started hosting retreats in the first place.

These spaces were born from a deep craving in my own soul.

A longing to feel free.
To wake up and move, breathe, exist without rushing.

To practice for the sake of being, not achieving.

To be fully present… in my body, in my life.

I remember the first time I allowed myself to truly receive that kind of space.
To nourish myself.
To slow down.
To celebrate the small wins.
To reconnect with who I was underneath all the noise.

And it changed me.

Retreats, to me, feel like a return…
Like coming back home to yourself.
Like being held in something soft, safe, and real.

A space where you don’t have to be “on.”
Where you can unravel, be seen, be supported.

Where joy flows freely, where connection feels effortless, where your heart gets to open without fear.

It’s like a return to the womb in a way…
A place to land.
To be nurtured.
To remember.

And every time I witness these groups come together—strangers becoming soul family,
walls melting, laughter echoing, tears being held—I’m reminded that this is why I do this.

Not just to teach.
But to create space for transformation.
For truth.
For love.

If your heart has been craving this…
If you’ve been needing a reset, a breath, a moment to come back to you…

There are still a few spaces open for Sedona, May 16–20.

And I promise you…
it’s more than a trip.

It’s a homecoming. 🤍

The dance floor is not the same without you (and your paper plates) on it!!! Feeling lucky this year celebrating with you - to many more DJ sessions, endless belly laughs, cheese quesadillas, tres leches cake, and so many more continents to still explore on our birthdays. I love you Jordi 🎈

This week’s affirmation: I release what is old to make room for what is new.

Old excuses. Old tension. Old habits that keep you stuck. Old energy sitting heavy in the body. We sweat it out, breathe it through, and leave it on the mat.

Step into the far infrared heat and let it work deeper—detoxing, energizing, opening, awakening. Every class is a chance to clear space for strength, confidence, glow, and momentum.

Release the old version of you. Make room for the stronger, hotter, brighter one waiting underneath.

Your next chapter starts when you walk through our doors.

Spent time at my favorite little escape spot — Leo Carrillo 🧜‍♀️ — and I swear, every time I come back here I remember who I am again.

Life has been full in the best way… the studio, the people, the energy, the responsibility of it all. And I love it. But sometimes it all gets a little loud in my head.

So I come back to the sand.

I write things down in the trees, I breathe slower, I let my shoulders drop, and I remember I don’t have to hold everything so tight.

Nature just has a way of reminding me… I am safe. I am supported. I am already enough — even when my mind tries to tell me otherwise.

Abundance isn’t just hustle. It’s allowing yourself to pause. To feel. To soften. To receive.

And honestly… I always leave here lighter than I arrived. Mother Nature does her thing every time 🌬️🤍🪽

This Sunday @ 1PM I’m taking OYF Agoura Hills to my favorite beach, Leo Carrillo State Beach. I’ve practiced on this sand for many years, and I’m beyond excited to finally bring you here with me.

Bring your mat, hat, sunscreen, and whatever says “I came to glow.”

My Karma Days are about being present with Mother Nature, moving our bodies, catching some sun, and starting the week feeling deliciously alive.

It’s FREE. It’s iconic. It’s giving summer beach energy.

Come join me… or stay home and regret it. 😘

There’s something powerful that happens when we come together outside the walls of the studio… 🫂

This weekend at the Great Race @greatracela in Agoura Hills, our Oxygen family showed up in full force — running, laughing, pushing limits, and lifting each other every step of the way. What started as a race turned into something so much deeper… connection, new friendships, shared energy, and that undeniable feeling of belonging.

Sore muscles, full hearts, and memories we’ll carry far beyond the finish line.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get better… we’ll come back together for candlelight deep stretch — to restore, to reflect, and to give back to the bodies that carried us through. 🕯️

This is what it’s all about. Showing up. Supporting one another. Building something bigger than ourselves.

Our community. Our people. Our why. 🤍
Let’s keep showing up… and paying it forward.

Gwen came to retreat and allowed herself to slow down… to truly be in the moment.

To listen, to feel, to share her story—and to hold space for others to do the same.
What unfolded was something so beautifully human.

Connection. Laughter. Depth.
Moments of stillness, and moments of expansion.

She nurtured herself, opened her heart, and in the process… found new friendships that felt like they were always meant to be there.

This is the magic of retreat.

A reset. A remembering. A return to yourself—through connection with others.

If you’ve been feeling the pull… this is your invitation 🤍

Upcoming Retreats:
Sedona, Arizona May 16-20, 2026
Nosara, Costa Rica 7-14, 2026
