Happy fifth (plus 1 month, whoops) birthday to Detective Detective, the experiment I actually managed to finish. I wrote it in a year of uncomfortable clarity just to see if I could. I had no idea what I was doing and all these years later it feels sort of charmingly ramshackle to me now. I’m glad for its reception; I’m beyond grateful for the partnership it spawned with @hellosunroom. We might have something else coming down the road…
