What this old thing?! A little something in @thetimesmagazine about my big fashion detox. A shopping fast made me love and appreciate clothes and what they do for me, beyond the practicalities, more not less - and honest with myself about the not-cool reasons I buy.The reset was influenced by the cozzielivs, my hoarding habit but also by the kids. It's standard for many GenZs to be much more thoughtful about their acquisitions. I'll never be a thrifter though. I can vintage shop from my own wardrobe at this point (see photos) Anyway read all about it in @theimesmagazine. Huge thanks to the fantastic @pruewhitestylist and brilliant @robertwilson9 📸

Beautiful morning at @wasingwellbeing. Just love this place. There’s no logical explanation for immersing my body in ice when I don’t even like it in my drink. But l loved that too.
