Last nights Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner was truly special. A rare opportunity to enjoy one of l'escale's infamous Wine Dinners al fresco, we took full advantage of the gorgeous weather. Guests enjoyed a seasonally paired 5 course tasting menu that perfectly complemented the iconic Champagne house while enjoying the sunset over the water.
