Mi primer Día de la Madre siendo madre.  

LAAGAM empezó en 2017 con la camisa No Boyfriend,  hoy un clásico inspirado por lo que todas hemos hecho: robarle la camisa a tu novio. Así que decidimos reinterpretar esta idea y diseñar una camisa que solo fuese para nosotras, manteniéndose como un básico en todas nuestras colecciones.

Ha sido durante mi embarazo que algo ha hecho click: de todo mi armario, la camisa No Boyfriend ha sido la única prenda con la que sentía que mantenía mi esencia. La misma prenda de siempre, hoy adaptándose a mi nueva vida.

Convirtiéndose así en mi uniforme durante estos 9 meses creando vida, y a día de hoy también, como mi prenda esencial durante el posparto, ya junto a mi bebé.

Esta misma camisa que nos lleva acompañando años a medida que damos pasos vitales; desde la universidad, los primeros trabajos y ahora en el  que para mí es el momento más increíble de la vida: ser madre.

Por eso con infinita ilusión he decidido celebrar la maternidad con una acción real.
A partir de hoy, si vas a ser madre y eres clienta de LAAGAM, ven a cualquiera de nuestras tiendas: queremos darte una No Boyfriend.

Queremos acompañarte en este momento único y que siempre mantengas tu esencia llevando LAAGAM en cada etapa de tu vida.

A few weeks ago, @ines_arroyo , founder and creative director of LAAGAM, became a mother for the first time, and this year we are celebrating our first Mother’s Day from within.

That led us to explore femininity through motherhood. 
Because there’s still a fixed idea of what becoming a mother should mean.

We wanted to get rid of the idea that when you become one, you leave the rest behind.
We truly believe that becoming a mother doesn’t replace who you are.
It expands it.

You become a mother but above all you remain a woman, a friend, a partner, a confident, intuitive, curious, nonconformist...
Still everything you were before.

For this campaign, we brought together seven women who live it that way:
@lulufigueroadomecq, @lauracaldarola, @carlacamprubi, @rocioaguirrev, @claradiez and @sofiajohanssondinesen.

Captured by Priscillia Saada @priscilliasaada, whose work explores femininity in modern motherhood through an intimate, honest lens.
