I remember it clearly, back in 2019, when I met karete bu. As one of my first musical encounters in Leipzig, I went to see her play at IfZ together with colleagues from the bar where I was working. Watching her completely tear down Trakt II with hard hitting house records instantly caught my attention. It was super inspiring to see her play, alongside all the work she does for the underground scene.

Last year, she did it all over again while playing the opening slot at @chimaera.festival . The whole crew was locked in, enjoying her set to the fullest and having the best time dancing to her groovy, vocal-heavy, and undeniably sexy house selection.

Having her on board for the Lotion series just feels right. Enjoy a two-hour ride through sexy, pumpy deep house; lush yet powerful. We love it!
