30ml / 1 part Milk
15ml / 0.5 parts Mint Syrup
1 shot espresso
Ice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Pour and mix milk and mint syrup in a tall glass
2. Add ice, espresso and Kahlúa
3. Stir and enjoy!

15–20 ml / ½–⅔ Part vanilla syrup
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add frozen espresso ice cubes to a blender.
Pour in Kahlúa, vodka, and syrup.
Blend until smooth and frosty.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.
Serve and enjoy.

60ml / 2 parts aged rum
30ml / 1 part whipped honey
60ml / 2 parts espresso
Honeycomb to garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. In a bowl, use an electric whisk to whip honey until thick and opaque
2. Combine in a blender until the honey is fully dissolved, roughly 45 seconds
3. Pour into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with honeycomb, and enjoy your Espresso Martini - you sweet thing!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

30ml / 1 part Kahlúa
30ml / 1 part Crème de menthe (the green kind)
30ml / 1 Part Light cream
Chocolate shavings
Chocolate Sauce
Ice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Add Kahlúa, crème de menthe, light cream and ice into a shaker.
2. Give the ingredients a quick, hard shake until the shaker goes cold.
3. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Decorate with a generous helping of chocolate shavings and chocolate sauce on the rim. Enjoy!
