Hit songwriter Jonathan Gamble and Dove Award winning-producer and songwriter Jordan Sapp have signed exclusive publishing deals with Capitol Christian Music Group.

Hailing from Alabama and now in Music City, Gamble has amassed No. 1 hits with Jamie MacDonald (“Desperate”), Leanna Crawford (“Still Waters (Psalm 23)”), and Seph Schlueter (“Counting My Blessings”). His additional cuts also include Lauren Daigle, Danny Gokey, Jesus Culture, Tauren Wells, Josiah Queen, Ben Fuller and MaRynn Taylor.

Sapp started his career in Los Angeles where he worked with Pitbull, Austin Mahone, Jason Derulo, Nicki Minaj, and Jennifer Lopez as part of RedOne’s production team. Since moving to Nashville, he has garnered 16 No. 1 radio singles, multiple Dove Awards, and more than 2.4 billion streams through Christian and pop music.

So pumped to turn these plans into house, and for Jess to turn the house into a home.

My buddy Chris passed away this week after a long tough battle with cancer.

He was such a great example of what it means to be a Christ follower, to the point where I’d be convicted to step up my game whenever I was around him or talked with him.I’ll always remember his perseverance, strength and steadfast faith.

He had a unique impact on me musically as well. When we were kids we learned how to write and record songs together, how to be in a band together, how to lead worship at church, and so on. Such fun times. (See the following slides :)

Even though we were getting not so great news over the past few months, I always believed he was gonna get on the other side of it… recently we had been texting about sipping on a celebratory bourbon when he was able to. I’ve been saving a bottle to try with him.I guess we gotta hope there’s bourbon in Heaven :)

Please pray for his wife Lindsay and their 5 kids.

Wanna say a very special happy birthday to my girl.I truly cannot live without her. She loves and serves her family selflessly and pours into her kids every single day.She models exactly what I want my daughters to be like, and what I want my son to expect in a wife. I love her so much. ❤️❤️❤️
