I don’t post this for pity or for revenge, I am grateful to those who made me the man I am today.
I also don’t post this for moral superiority, I too was a toxic, unpleasant and resentful teenager, whereby I cut those down before they could me.
We are all facing battles internal and external, all running to or from something. Safety may come from hiding in the many, but the price you pay for not being true to yourself will always be far greater.
