We’re putting on a special one off Valentines set menu, 14th Feb, 4-9pm. Book your spot now! Link in bio and on our events page.
This one-off Valentine’s menu has been created by Jackson Berg, bringing together the kind of cooking we’ve been quietly building towards: confident, seasonal, and grounded in flavour rather than fuss.
The menu unfolds across five courses. Snacks and sides are designed for the table, followed by a choice of starter, main and dessert from three carefully considered options. The meal concludes with blood orange petit fours, served for the table.
The cooking leans into winter produce, classic technique and depth — vegetables treated with the same care as meat and fish, rich sauces, clean balances, and moments of indulgence where they earn their place.
The evening is underscored by a considered Valentine’s music selection on the Poseidon Sound System. Warm, slow-burn records. Nothing obvious. Nothing forced.
This menu is available for one evening only. Book your spot now!
This is the music I thought sounded like what our MRW menu would taste like, take from that what you will. :) @margaterestaurantweek
