keep it hold. It is a song I’ve been wanting to do the way I interpret it for me is being a nonbinary person, not always being seen by family or loved ones and feeling like I have to hold it in. The act of me ripping my clothes off,revealing myself as this two spirit person who doesn’t identify with anything, but with everything at the same time and also my dilemma with top surgery with going on hormones with not doing those things with truly being myself and accepting that I will be perceived and not everyone is going to see me who I am, but that doesn’t matter it’s about me and I don’t need to keep it and hold it in. I could be my authentic self and live life and be free in my queer identity. It’s just how I take the song. I also listen to it and think of my depression and the ways I deal with it or don’t deal with it. Just, this song means a lot to my personal journey and wanted to perform it. I think the emotion shows in my performance

Basically the music wasn’t working and I was lip syncing to nothing. My background dancers couldn’t hear their cues and it was becoming real awkward that I was lipsync I g to nothing so Nicki Jizz stopped the number and let me redo it once the music was fixed… which worked in my favor fortunately. My number was based off a nightmare that I have had where everything goes wrong at my show and I end up having to perform anyway to prove that I am a star, even when catastrophe hits. Soooo it was like the stars and the universe wrote it into my number, so the audience can see how truly of a star I am. First runner-up is pretty freaking cool and I truly think it was because of everything that happened with my number that night thank you so much for everyone that believes in me thank you so much to my background performers @b.terry andmy dad @muddthetwospirit !! I will be posting the number today!! my number turned out way better than I could’ve ever imagined and I really did have people screaming my name that night, which is insane and something I never thought I would experience so thank you.
