To every single person who attended Year 1 of the Isle of Wight Dance Weekender… thank you.
Just a few months ago, this festival was only an idea. A vision to bring people together for two unforgettable days of dance music on the Isle of Wight — and the support we’ve received has completely blown us away. How amazing was the sunshine yesterday, and the early rain didn’t spoil an unforgettable day two.
Over the weekend we welcomed incredible artists including Professor Green, Gok Wan, Aaron Crascall, East 17, Chicane, Haskell, and Dave Pearce, alongside so many amazing DJs and Performerswho helped create such a special atmosphere from start to finish.
A huge thank you to the people of Isle of Wight for welcoming and supporting us, to Robin Hill and all of the incredible staff, brand hosts, medics, our local suppliers, drinks companies, traders, bar staff, production crews, security, stage teams and every single person who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen.
Thank you to everyone who travelled over from the mainland, and to Wightlink Isle of Wight Ferries andRed Funnel Isle of Wight Ferry for helping so many festival-goers make the journey across the water.
Most importantly, thank you to YOU — the ravers, dancers, families, friends and music lovers who brought the energy, smiles and memories that made Year 1 so special.
