Thank you @eosandy_ for capturing this calm and happy moment during the most intense week of the year. Both your personality and your work make people shine - I’m happy to have you as a friend and I can‘t remember a single meeting or event where you didn‘t make me (and the people around you) smile. 📸🫶🏻

March recap 🌍
I’ve been on a few days off and finally had time to scroll through my camera roll – originally to delete photos (way too many), but instead I realized what an insanely beautiful, slightly unhinged (in the best way) month March has been. Honestly, one of the wildest months I’ve ever had. And that’s not even the full story – I can’t share about half of what happened. Still, I wanted to capture a glimpse.
It all started March 1st: London – Sofia. My first time in Bulgaria, during Baba Marta. Surrounded by great people. It felt special – definitely want to go back.
Then Warsaw, multiple times – never gets boring. If anything, it keeps getting better. Watching how the city evolves every time is kind of mind-blowing.
Then GDC in San Francisco – always a highlight. Not just the event, but the people. Friends from Germany, former colleagues from my SEGA days, and so many familiar faces. Being in a different time zone just makes conversations better. Still didn’t get my milk tea though! (Fixed that in China a week later.)
Even made it to a SEGA veterans meetup – made me feel older than I’d like, but also grateful to reconnect.
On the way back: spontaneous decision (thanks to everyone who pushed me) – back to Warsaw for a crazy but fun project. Stressful, intense, worth it. Ran into a friend at MUC airport – same one from GDC. We had no idea we were on the same flight. Small world 🥹
(so much more text in comment section - Part 3 is probably the only revenant one) 🙏🏼

Nun.

For Alexandra.
I miss you.
What a wild and unique year it was. No way to mention everything and everyone - which is probably a good indicator for a solid year, I think?!
Also… way too long for a single caption.
So it continues in the comments.
January:
Somehow agreed to be at an event on January 6th. What was I thinking? But it was a lot of fun seeing @realpietsmiet and @instant.tost talk about video games and slightly overpowered GPUs.
February:
Mag-C in Erfurt. Jury member for upcoming indie games, average jokes with @bobgod , and a dinner with @kaddicosplay that stayed with me for a long time. I actually think about it every time I’m in the sauna. And also very often otherwise. Also, my basement was flooded. But Nuremberg Toy Fair wasn’t so I went there instead.
March:
GDC in San Francisco - the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Such a good travel group. Such good taxi rides. An isane Mexican dinner. A new PC. Finally gaming in 8K. Brought @laralunardi along. And with her @imtutter 💙
April:
Vienna. Music recordings for The Witcher 4 and the (then still secret) Witcher 4 tech demo. And @ptadamczyk. Absolutely incredible.
And Caggtus with @nikoleta.milenova, who introduced me to her friend @sarahtoninx9_
She’s very kind, mostly. Like me driving kindly at over 300 km/at night to Magdeburg with @yourhostlaura (there was no speed limit). TLOU Sky talk with friends.
Switch 2 preview event in Berlin. Had a soft drink with @ryanschou afterwards.
May:
The first (of many) Witcher concerts in beautiful Warsaw. Spent a lot of time in the garden. Drove my convertible. And did a secret press tour with the Unreal Witcher demo. Mini golf with my sister.
June:
Invited by Nintendo to the Switch 2 launch together with so many great people. Crazy. Got a console. Just like that. Also crazy.
My first Dokomi. A really great event. An impressive community. A Korean BBQ with consequences. Much love to the wonderful @linakoray_ - who is still wondering what exactly she got herself into. Pokemon Go event in Dresden. Football tournament (we did not win).

📷 No event without the very best glamour shots from @eosandy_ - and the very best cosplayers (@linakoray_ somehow did not get the message about the Witcher 3 setting but how can you ever be mad at her?)
Thank you @vieccviennacomiccon for having us (more photos soon, cu)

Did not post anything from @eosandy_ for… almost two months. Outrageous!
@polarisconvention in Hamburg was fun, but having free photos from Andy made it even better.
Such a nice idea from the Polaris team to book him for guests, cosplayers… and annoying friends like me.
Please enjoy the photos of the @cyberpunkgame / @edgerunners jacket swap with legendary @maul_cosplay – very happy to have you as a friend.
And very grateful for all the cool promo you’re doing for The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077. Such a nice privilege to have. 🤝🏼
P.S. last picture is 💙🩷
