SO whatβs this new song all about? It was recorded at the incredibly beautiful @southerngroundnashville_in Nashville, TN (along with three more songs coming later this summer!!) with my beautiful lifelong friend and most consistent artistic collaborator @_danjosbanjo
The song is about grief, awe, and bargaining with God (so, the usual). I think it tells a story a lot of us can identify with: recognizing the unstoppable march of time unfold within our lives and bodies and appreciating how powerless we are to protect the people we love from its consequences. A fun silly birthday song/ nothing too heavy.

I made some more music! This time itβs all me and a piano which, even though Iβve been playing since I was 12, this is the first time Iβve recorded anything on piano. I think itβs cool and good and you should listen to it π

@breathekaterina and @ciaraalyse contributed their beautiful voices. They are both so good at singing itβs crazy.
