“Two years ago, I picked up the Hitec RDX2 800 charger as an upgrade from my 6-year-old RDX1 single-port charger. It worked awesome, especially with the Bluetooth feature that lets you control the charger from your phone.

At the 2025 Silver State race, I realized I hadn’t done enough research and found out the RDX2 800 wouldn’t charge single-cell batteries, so I had no way of charging my glow igniters for my nitro car.

Fast forward to last week, I reached out to Mike Mayberry at Hitec and he pointed me toward the new RDX4 400 charger. Now I can charge my glow igniters and everything else I need for race day. Thanks, Mike!”
