All too often, creative work in property development becomes generic in an attempt to appeal to everyone. We wanted to do the opposite, celebrating the individual and speaking specifically to the nuances of different kinds of renters. After all, none of us have just one mode, whether relaxed, energised, ready for the day, or a big night out, The Eades caters to every version of you.
Drawing on our living tapestry design idea, our warm and inclusive campaign “Everything Living” captures that multi-faceted and layered approach to life at The Eades.

Once our beautiful brand was complete, we set about launching it into the world.

For place branding to be successful, it requires research, really getting under the skin of somewhere, and that’s the joy of projects like The Eades. All of the inspiration you could want is right there, waiting to be unearthed and woven into a rich tapestry of storytelling.
Our font, for example, came from the iconic Selbourne Road signage, our colours ,“Warner Green”, “Dog Track Pink” and Wetlands Blue” were matched from local landmarks, evoking place with each joyful and expressive application. Our suite of icons also celebrates the historical and architectural context of the area, nodding to Warner House’s arch doors, and Ancient House’s diamond shape.
This all came together as a digital first identity system, a generative and interactive suite of assets that would sing on social and website, amplified by original and distinctive music composed in house by Here.
The result was a place-rooted ecosystem system that was not generic, but was made for and by the area.
