This childrens clothes rail from @roomixhome made it all feel "real". Unpacking Avi’s tiny clothes, folding everything away, and finally seeing his little space come together.

“From early on, I was closely monitored and never made to feel like I was overreacting or worrying too much. It wasn’t just the medical care that got me through, it was the kindness, reassurance and understanding from the teams, and the way I was treated as a person.

“Thank you doesn’t feel like enough. You were there during some of the most vulnerable moments of my life, and the care you showed has stayed with me. We will always be grateful for the role you played in helping us bring our baby into the world.

“It’s hard to put into words what it means to have Avi. There’s so much joy, alongside a quiet awareness of what it took to get here. We don’t take this for granted for a second.

“Pregnancy after loss isn’t a ‘normal’ pregnancy – it carries a weight that doesn’t just disappear. To anyone going through something similar, you’re not alone, and however you’re coping is valid.”

Movement has always been more than just physical for me. It’s where I reset, where I feel like myself again.

I’ve missed it more than I expected, so I'm taking it slow and keeping it light.

I still kept moving during pregnancy, and I’m hoping to gently build back to that…maybe even jumping rope again by the end of the year.

For now, I’ve been enjoying slow spring walks with Avi.

There were days we didn’t know how this story would unfold.

After loss, pregnancy felt different.
Filled with anxiety, endless appointments, scans, and quiet hope.

Our shower room has gone through a few phases since we moved in…

stark white → warm neutrals → terracotta ceiling

Painting the ceiling felt like a bit of a risk, but it completely changed the feel of the room.
