✨ Bienvenidos to Cafecito Con HACE, hosted by The Chingona Chair.

At HACE’s annual conference, we had the chance to sit down with Dr. Robert Rodriguez, Founder & President of DRR Advisors.

In this conversation, Robert shares what organizations often miss when it comes to developing Latino leaders, from the importance of understanding our cultural “script” to the real impact of mentorship vs. sponsorship.

☕ But one of the most powerful moments? His reminder to fully embrace your identidad—and to see it as a strength, not a limitation.

A thoughtful conversation about leadership, identity, and why Latino talent is critical to the future of work.

🎧 Listen to the full conversation. Link in bio.

Last Friday, I had the honor of receiving not one, but two incredible awards. I was named one of Silicon Valley Latinos 40 Under 40 2026 by @negociosnow and @bmo_us , and was also deeply surprised to receive the very first-ever Latinas in Tech award inaugurated that night with me. 🏆🤍

What made the moment even more special was being asked to give a speech completely unexpectedly. I had no idea it that award or speech was coming, and honestly, I’m still processing it all. (⏭️Scroll to the end for my Spanglish speech 🤣)

The best part was sharing this moment with my parents and my sweet husband, my biggest cheerleaders. My parents didn’t even know where I was taking them. I simply told them, “Please come with me,” and they did. That’s who they’ve always been. Showing up for me no matter what, no questions asked. 🥹❤️

I didn’t start Greether to win awards. I started it because I wanted to create impact, empower women, and help women travel the world with more confidence and fewer risks. I started it from my love for travel, curiosity, and that never-ending sense of wanderlust. And because being an entrepreneur is in my veins!

I’m especially thankful to everyone who nominated me because, fun fact… I deleted the original email twice thinking it was spam. 🤭 I had no idea about any of this, so the fact that people thought of me makes me incredibly emotional. 🥹

Thank you to Patricia Mota, @haceonline , @anibethinc and @melindaeramirez for believing in me since the early days and for being such incredible mentors and supporters along the way.

Being a founder is beautiful, but it’s also incredibly hard. Most of the difficult moments I carry quietly, so nights like this remind me that the journey is worth it and that people truly see the value of what we’re building with Greether.

And of course, none of this would exist without my small but mighty team. Fa, thank you for being there through it all. Nacho, Jules, Maryfer, and Lucy — you make the hard days easier and the good days so much better. 🤍

Grateful beyond words.

Also, huge shoutout to the jefa of jefas @aurorandiaz for her well-deserved recognition. Always proud of you! ✨

✨ Bienvenidos to Cafecito Con HACE, hosted by The Chingona Chair.

At HACE’s annual conference, we had the chance to sit down with Steven Brown, VP of Culture & Engagement at Molson Coors.

In this conversation, Steven gets real about what it actually takes to build connection and belonging in today’s workplace, especially at a time when connection feels harder than ever. From navigating remote work to acknowledging how the world outside shapes how we show up inside, he reminds us that culture isn’t static but something we’re constantly building.

☕ A powerful reminder that engagement fuels opportunity, belonging creates space for growth, and that even when things get hard… don’t doubt yourself.
