Next Saturday is our “no need to be lonely” record release show at the church!! Joined by our besties in @nountheband and @mopar.stars!

We wanted to share one of our favorite pastimes so we’re gonna have two rounds of bingo hosted by the best bingo host in Philadelphia @yeahhh_sure_ok! It’s a 5$ or more donation for a bingo card, we only have 100 of em so show up early if you wanna play! All money is going to @vamos_juntos_. Come out to the show, play some bingo, and maybe you’ll be a lucky winner of some weird prizes that we put together (prizes tbd but we promise they will be weird and fun :)

“No Need To Be Lonely” is out everywhere this week! It looks like some preorders are already arriving which is very exciting so thank you for sharing to those who have already got theirs! We wanted to put out one last single before the record comes out on Friday, you can listen to “I Want That For You” wherever you listen. We also made a video to go along with it, big thank you to Dottie’s Donuts for letting us film there, Mimi for letting us borrow her Jeep, and Roxy for their wonderful cameo. Ok rockers ty talk to you on Friday :)

We’re excited to share our third single “Brace Yourself” from No Need to Be Lonely today! It’s about love, and friendship, and telling your friendships that you love them. We’re really happy with how this one turned out, especially the part where we all stop and you can hear the little string scrape in the room. That there’s recorded live music, baby. Turns out making music about friends with friends playing music all together in the same room is pretty fun, surprise surprise!

To keep the theme going, we put together a little video from handy cam footage we took while on tour and at the studio making the record. There are a lot of really nice people in it! You might not know a lot of them but I guarantee if you ever saw any of them out in the world and you were like “hey, weren’t you in that glade video?” they would say yes and then you would have just a lovely little chat and you would think “wow, what a nice person”

To celebrate the occasion, we made a video for our new song “Future Spring”, shot/edited by our good friend @askaboutmyfilms and featuring many of our nearest and dearest sweeties (thanks y’all!) Special shoutout to our friend Sofia and everyone at the @thetastyphilly for letting us film there, if you’re ever in philly and looking for some amazing vegan food make sure you stop by!!!

We’re really proud of how this record turned out. Up until this point we’ve done pretty much everything at home when it comes to making records, but we’re really glad we decided to make the trip out to Oakland for this one to record at the amazing @_the_atomic_garden_ . It was really fun and rewarding to bring more people into the process and we couldn’t have imagined two better collaborators than Jack and Jeff. Much more to say about that later but I don’t wanna ramble on because what I really wanna say is….

GLADIE HEADLINE TOUR SPRING 2026!!!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re finally doing some headline dates starting in April! We can’t wait to bring this new record out on the road and play it for y’all. Plus we’re going to be joined by the amazing @nountheband for all dates?!?!?! Wow literally if I were you I would not want to miss this but that’s just me and the thing about me is I’ll actually already be there for all the shows so I guess you do you??? Whatever you decide, tickets are on sale friday 10am at the link in our bio and we would love to see you!!!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re finally doing some headline dates starting in April! We can’t wait to bring this new record out on the road and play it for y’all. Plus we’re going to be joined by the amazing @nountheband for all dates?!?!?! CAR ALARM, the new single by GLADIE, ever heard of it???

Probably not because it just came out today! So very excited to share this one, we’ve been playing it live for a little while now and we’re really proud of how this version turned out. Big thanks to Jeff Rosenstock and Jack Shirley for helping us get it recorded and telling us when we played it good but also when we played it bad, which we will so bravely admit did actually happen a few times.

Also in the news in the world of GLADIE, we’re thrilled to be working with @getbetterrecords ! We’ve admired Alex and co for a long time and all the records they’ve put out so to now be a part of that roster is a dream come true. Much more to say about that very soon!

And last but very much not least, huge thank you to Daniel for filming the music video and to Marissa, Megan, and Chris for letting us set up our instruments all over your beautiful home and pretend to play them. That’s movie magic, little industry secret for you.
