Thank you so much to the Belle team. It’s an honour to have New York House on the cover this month, and to be recognised with the Hall of Fame award at the Belle/Fanuli Interior Design Awards.
Design, for me, has always been about storytelling, and I’m grateful to be able to share that narrative through projects like this. Maximalism is my language — a celebration of memory, personality and meaning — and I’m thrilled to see it resonate with others.
Thank you again for the support and for championing the power of expressive interiors.#GregNatale #GregNataleDesign #InteriorDesign #Interiors #ArchitectureAndDesign #DesignerInteriors #AustralianDesign #LuxuryInteriors #InteriorArchitecture #ModernInteriors #ContemporaryInteriors #DesignStudio #DesignInspiration #InteriorInspo #HomeDesign

Yesterday the world lost a legend — my beloved uncle and godfather, Demetrio Lo Guidice (1927–2026), my mother’s older brother.
Some of my earliest memories of beauty, elegance and design are because of him. In the late 1970s, when my parents were building their dream home, containers of furniture arrived from Italy. My uncle had helped them select and import chandeliers, furniture and treasures that would fill our home with style and sophistication. It was the first time I was exposed to that world — and in many ways, it opened my eyes to the possibility of a life and vocation in interior design.
He was a man of impeccable taste and ritual. He only wore custom suits made from Zegna fabrics, loved a long lunch — in a tie, of course — had his shirts made in Rome (always monogrammed with DL), would only dine with a cloth napkin, and drank bottled water long before it became mainstream… always from a wine glass!
In the 1980s, he furnished his own home with the most magnificent Murano chandeliers, and from that moment I became completely obsessed. Anyone who knows me knows that obsession never left me. He taught me so much about design, elegance, detail and class — lessons that shaped who I am today, both personally and professionally.
Even before I introduced him to Jason, he had already found him on Facebook and insisted we all go to lunch together. That was him — curious, stylish, social and always engaged with life.
Thank you, Zio Demetrio, for inspiring me, for showing me beauty, and for teaching me that style is not just what you wear or how you live — it’s how you carry yourself through the world.
I will be forever grateful. You will be forever missed, forever admired, and forever loved. 🤍

Rendered in powdery blue, the natatorium's walls and ceilings take on a soft colour, drenched and accentuated by the white details of the traditional panelling that ornament the room. This tonality echoes the blue sky, creating a connection to the outdoors at Exeter House.

Cruda is the seventh collection designed by Greg Natale for @designerrugs.
Contemporary in spirit, the Ruvida rug weaves Brutalist influences with modern abstraction in a richly layered composition. Textured in a tonal off-white palette, its amorphous forms and varied pile heights evoke the tactile quality of weathered industrial surfaces. Soft and organic, the rug strikes a harmonious balance between material permanence and nature’s free rein.
This much-loved rug has now been re-released in a standard rectangular size.

It's all in the details, as oak reigns in the bar room at Exeter House, dressing the cabinetry with traditional profiles and Versailles floors. The aged brass accents and upholstered leather barstools enrich this oak cocoon.

The custom hand-painted floral wallpaper from @papiersdeparis embodies French classicism, enhanced by the gilded panelling that extends to the ornate ceiling. These motifs are further echoed in the furnishings, which imbue this Tudor mansion with a sense of grandeur.
