✨ Special shout-out to our Connections & Social Action Committee Chair, Dr. Davina Ware, whose vision and leadership brought Ivy Reads to life.
So far, we have sponsored 2 Kindergarten classes, 3 First Grade classes, and 2 Second Grade classes.
Yesterday, we delivered to Berwick Alternative Pre-K through 8 (Columbus City Schools) and Millennium Community School, and we had the joy of delivering alongside our “special friend.”

Today we honor the life, legacy, and leadership of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. — a man whose courage, vision, and unwavering commitment to justice continues to guide generations.

It was truly an honor for my mother and I to contribute to the City of Columbus’ “One Dream, Many Voices” MLK Day celebration at the historic Lincoln Theatre by creating the balloon sculpture and marquee display for this meaningful program.

To be trusted with helping set the atmosphere for a moment that reflects unity, service, and remembrance is something we do not take lightly. This work goes far beyond décor — it is about storytelling, respect, and uplifting our community through excellence and purpose.

Thank you to the City of Columbus Department of Neighborhoods for allowing us to be part of such a powerful evening.

#Today we had the honor of decorating the memorial service for Allen Bernard Wilson Jr. (“Big Al”) — a life that clearly touched so many through faith, music, love, and community.

We are deeply thankful to the Wilson family for trusting us during such a meaningful moment, and to Affinity Memorial Chapel for continuing to welcome us as part of their team and for the care they show families every step of the way.

Celebrated my 40th birthday surrounded by family and friends, the first time both sides of my family fellowshipped together. A garden party to share a moment where I am able to see and get my flowers with a flower bar and a bloom wall showcasing my journey through life. Welcoming in a new decade in a new city☺️☺️
