7PM ADVANCED SESSION CANCELLED FOR TONIGHT

Looking at the radar I think we’ll be good to run the first two but we’ll skip the last advanced session

Bit of action from last night

Now that the dust from nationals has settled it’s back to working on them bike skills

In this one we’re coming in a bit slower with the goal of picking up speed with every manual. Focusing on pump, body positioning and efficiency up lips

Such a huge week and proud of the efforts of everyone. Overall we took home 12 national plates, 3 national champions and a bunch qualify for the worlds.

Definitely the biggest and most stacked Aussies I’ve seen and to see these results across the group makes me so stoked

Getting a bit of pep in the step leading into Shepparton

With over-speed training we want to be doing things at a higher intensity to prepare us for going faster

One of the things I love about Garmin is you’re always getting max speeds when you ride the track, which can help you know how fast you want to go in sprints leading into an event. You can also do this with a speedo on your bike
