會場入口中，築起了一個約 3 米高的花柱，佈滿顏色鮮艷獨特的鮮花。七彩的文竹、玫瑰、蘭花、火焰百合、跳舞蘭、飛燕草⋯等花材，成為最矚目的花藝雕塑。於珠寶展覽場地中，則放置了一件如小花園般的花藝作品，以濃郁的色調，配襯起「日、月、星，辰」的插件道具，深色調的鮮花襯托得，在旁原本已經璀璨奪目的珠寶更加閃閃新輝。

《The Ocean Park Garden》
很榮幸於上年5月時，獲海洋公園邀請，由 GINGERMITE 為園區打造以五感為題的花園。我們於園區栽種了能吃的香草、能招引蜜蜂與蝴蝶的月季花、散發著香氣的普羅旺斯薰衣草⋯我們用上過十噸計的花與盆栽，動員超過30人，於一個半星期內去完成這個壯舉。

於打造花園的過程十分艱苦，一時烈日當空，一時狂風驟雨，時時刻刻也讓植物與盆栽發生突然的變化。但當我們看見遊園的家庭，個個也興高采烈，於花間穿梭拍照，留下一家人的回憶時，覺得再流多的汗水也是值得。看見薑姐的概念由用水彩畫的稿件，由大家一天一天的苦干去幻化成真實，直到今天也覺得十分激動。

平時在香港很少見，於情人節時更為罕有的 David Austin Tess Rose。花瓣如絲絨般層層雙疊，中間綻放出金黃色的花蕊。 Gingermite 為 MiuMiu 所舉辦的 Flower station，以 繡上 MiuMiu LOGO 的花袋，簡單純粹的包起這款奢華的玫瑰品種，已經極具美態。
