Shout out to @sallygarrettmedia for putting this together. Full of great articles and useful info, (and a bit from me - apologies), it’s worth dipping into if you’re in the business, or if you’re not. Awareness of and care for our and others mental health is something we all need to be active and put time into, and it’s always good to do some learning.
