Stay in action! This was my first animation with my ball and socket armature puppet. As you can probably see, I’m not an animator, but it was fun to see what I could get done in a short time.

A not so common-plaice! I made this little 1:6 scale chap right at the start of the @nftsmodelmaking course, and I’m so happy that they plaiced their trust in me to make him. Isn’t he sofishticated? It just goes to shoal that anyfin is possible. As you can sea, I’m fishing for compliments about him- ok, I’m floundering, these jokes are a bit flat. My good puns all got misplaiced… Ahem.

This is Shay, a non-binary teenager on their way to their first pride parade. They are also my very first fully armatured stop motion puppet, created at the @nftsmodelmaking course this year!
The brief was to create an @aardmananimations style puppet that would fit in with Shaun the Sheep, and after a few different ideas I realised I just had to make a character who represented the lgbtq+ community, especially enbies (non-binary folks) like myself!
I hope you like them. I’ll post some work in progress pics soon.
