I used an app so my friends & family could record voice notes for each mile of my first marathon, but the app + my tracking crashed on race day, so all I heard was my music. I finally got access to the recordings today and compiled a few of my favorites. I couldn’t fit them all into one video, but I’m so thankful for all the love, support, and everyone who took the time to record a message for me.

**Honestly, it might be a good thing I didn’t hear them during the race because I would’ve been in tears the entire time. My heart is so full 🤍

Today I ran my first marathon @runcolfax as an ambassador, and I’m still trying to find the words for what this experience meant to me.

Training didn’t go as planned, and life threw more at me than I expected, but I kept showing up and I truly surprised myself.

Running through Denver was especially emotional. My older sister was born and raised here and since she’s no longer with us, getting to experience the city this way made me feel incredibly close to her.

So much gratitude for everyone who supported me, checked in, cheered me on, and believed in me. Especially my boyfriend and our friends who showed up for me today. My heart is beyond full. 🥹🏅🤍
