Today, Fedcap proudly shared our First Half FY26 Funder Presentation, demonstrating significant growth in both scale and depth.

In just six months, we served 252,264 individuals, a 58% increase over the same period last year. This momentum is driven by our continued geographic expansion and the maturation of high-quality programming across our affiliate network.

Our work continues to demonstrate what’s possible when our partners and dedicated teams come together to strengthen economic well-being for those we serve.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on building pathways to opportunity by equipping the next generation with the skills, support, and resources needed to thrive.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to support our mission. #PowerOfPossible

#NEWS: @gamutmanagement has certified @betterme's new Adaptive Capsule Collection: a performance wear line designed for comfort and accessibility for people with limb loss and disability.

Since 2025, BetterMe has worked alongside GAMUT to develop adaptive products that meet the practical needs of the limb loss community, without compromising on design. The collection has earned the GAMUT Seal of Approval™ and proceeds go directly toward prosthetic care and advocacy.

Disability inclusion in fashion is not a peripheral consideration. It is a measure of whether an industry has built accessibility into its core.

The Community Impact Policy Institute’s recent report outlines policy recommendations and priorities, coming out of targeted research.

The first is to scale access to the Clubhouse model in areas where mental-health-related economic inactivity is highest. The second is to better integrate this model into both employability and health systems. The third is to expand referral pathways so more people can connect to support through primary care, community mental health services, integrated care boards, and local authorities.

Taken together, these recommendations reflect a simple but important truth: sustainable employment outcomes are more achievable when mental wellbeing and work readiness are supported together.

The U.S. healthcare system remains highly dependent on vulnerable global chokepoints: oil, petrochemicals, plastics, helium, aluminum, and pharmaceutical inputs among them.

That's the finding of the Community Impact Policy Institute's latest report, released in partnership with Healthcare Ready.

The report offers recommendations for healthcare organizations and policymakers to reduce supply chain vulnerabilities and build long-term resilience.

The throughline: a more resilient healthcare supply chain requires both stronger operational planning and systemic change. One without the other isn't enough.

New research from the Community Impact Policy Institute, in partnership with Healthcare Ready, examines how ongoing disruptions in the Middle East are adding pressure to the U.S. healthcare supply chain.

The report, authored by Sean Brzozowski, Dr. Jay K. Varma, and Julie Abrams, identifies key vulnerabilities across oil, petrochemicals, helium, plastics, and pharmaceutical inputs, and offers six concrete recommendations for building long-term supply chain resilience.

The communities most affected when these systems fail are those already facing the greatest barriers to care. And the strength of a healthcare system is ultimately measured by who it can still reach amid crisis.

Last weekend, @abilities_expo hosted its New York Metro show. This is the second of three fully immersive events hosted in partnership with @gamutmanagement and @runwayofdreams.

The expo included a Runway of Dreams fashion show, where disabled models showcased adaptive designs. Attendees also explored GAMUT Village™, an interactive space featuring products and brands awarded the GAMUT Seal of Approval™, which recognizes designs that meet the highest standards of accessibility and authentic development.

These organizations are setting new industry standards across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle to drive opportunity forward.

May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth.

As Fedcap's Health practice continues to expand, mental health support remains a priority across programming. Our Clubhouse Model is brought to life through the work of @cheltonloftnyc, @manchesterpathways, Seacoast Pathways, and UK Clubhouses, each expanding access to proven, community-based solutions while addressing the broader challenges that impact mental health.

Our clubhouses are built to reflect an essential but often complex truth: recovery is not linear. It requires consistent support, opportunity, and community.

By delivering evidence-based programs globally, clubhouses empower thousands of individuals each year with the tools needed to rebuild their lives and reenter the workforce.

When @the_community_collective_qld's Employ Me participants describe what work gives them, they don't lead with salary. They talk about independence. Confidence. Feeling connected to something.

TCCQLD has been building employment pathways in Queensland for people who face barriers to work. Employ Me is a tailored program designed for people with disabilities who have high employment support needs by connecting them to inclusive job opportunities and the support to stay in them.

By partnering with this organization, Fedcap's workforce development practice now spans three continents – each program locally designed, all built on the same premise: people have the capacity to work, and wraparound support is what makes employment stick.
