Established in 2021, built on a shared passion for food, movement and wellbeing. What started with retreats evolved naturally into a more intentional approach to workplace wellness.

This week was filled with nourishing food, thoughtful conversations, breathwork sessions, fresh juices and workplaces creating intentional moments for their teams to pause and reconnect.
From wellbeing activations with Barclays across Manchester & Liverpool, to long-table lunches at Represent, executive catering at No.3 Circle Square, events at X+Why and wellness gatherings at Farm Club: it’s been such a lovely reminder that the atmosphere we create around people really matters ✨

Back in April, we had the loveliest time catering a christening 🤍
An intimate gathering filled with family, friends and a table centred around seasonal food made to share 🌿🍽️
We tailored the menu around the client’s vision, creating a selection designed to feel fresh, balanced and easy to enjoy throughout the day: hummus with fresh focaccia, prosciutto & salsa verde sandwiches, chicken Caesar salad & more 🥙
We love these kinds of moments: meaningful gatherings shaped by thoughtful food, where every detail is considered and made to feel personal.
