This work we do is powerful, meaningful, and deeply selfless. But somewhere along the way, “I’m good” becomes our default… even after the hardest shifts.

This week, let’s shift that.

Because Nurses Week isn’t just about the pizza parties or the free treats (though we appreciate them)… it’s deeper than that.

It’s about long lasting change.
Checking in. Slowing down. Being honest about how we feel because we deserve the same care we so freely give.
