Another one of these! I love a ghost root evolution and today’s features Jordan! Swipe for flip book!
We color corrected the first time from copper and she let her root grow out a bit for it. After that, she was also coming in every 5-6 weeks for a retouch for no breaking, no banding. We were retouching the dark color periodically and also adding a dip in the bangs cos we likeeee iiitttt 💃🏻

K ever since we started this I’ve wanted to make a flip book so here it is (swipe). Time gone by: 1 year
Hair health was the priority so we decided to leave the already color treated hair alone and start with the virgin roots. Amanda is a natural level 7 (pretty light, goes blonde easy) and was STILL getting her retouches every 5-6 weeks to avoid bleach overlap, banding and breakage.
She sleeps in a silk bonnet. She doesn’t use heat. She doesn’t overwash. She washes in cold water.
Being a healthy platinum is a lot of maintenance and total commitment.
Thanks Amanda for your willingness, decisiveness and patience. This was one of my favorite hair journeys ever.
