*Somewhere in a quiet neighborhood, karma showed up early and didn’t even knock.

A white man driving a pickup truck decided to give a Black woman filming him the middle finger. Unfortunately for him, multitasking isn’t his strong suit.

As he flipped her off, eyes locked in petty rage, he missed the part where the road kept existing. In seconds, he swerved, hit a parked car, and rammed his truck full-speed into a concrete wall.

“I hate you!” he screamed, bleeding irony

The woman, still filming and still calm, asked the man, now out of his crushed truck and yelling, a simple question: “Are you okay?”

You gotta the cool and calm, concerned-sounding question, sprinkled with a taste of sassiness, posed by the Black Woman. :)

NAACP chapter president Corine Mack just told white politicians to back off Charlotte's interim mayor seat. And the internet is NOT agreeing. 🍿

Here's what happened:

Mayor Vi Lyles (Black, Democrat) resigned effective June 30. Several white politicians, including former Mayor Jennifer Roberts, want the interim job.

Mack's response on the branch's Facebook page:

"It is seriously disturbing for white folks to be lobbying to be the interim Mayor in Charlotte. While Black representation is being undermined and stripped nationwide, White folks are either tone deaf or worse… self-centered. It's not about YOU!"

She later added: "Why would we replace the Black outgoing mayor with a white person? That simple."

The fallout:

❌ Critics are calling her racist and divisive
✅ The North Carolina NAACP is defending her
🗣️ Former local NAACP leader Terry Belk said it was "unnecessarily divisive."

Mack is doubling down: "My question for the white folks who are up in arms and outraged, are they outraged about the fact that Black representation is under attack?"

The Charlotte City Council now has to pick an interim mayor. Mack says voters will remember their choice.

North West surprised the crowd at Rolling Loud Orlando on May 9, performing a lip-synced collaboration with 21-year-old rapper Molly Santana. And the backlash has been swift.

The concerns falling into three categories:
1️⃣ The Environment – Rolling Loud is an adult festival where alcohol is served. Critics are asking why a child was placed there at all.
2️⃣ The Performance – A lip-synced set that many called "cringeworthy" and unprepared.
3️⃣ The Interview – When asked about streaming rules and favorite streamers, North replied: "Um, I don't really, like, watch streamers like that." The disconnect was uncomfortable to watch.

The comments online have been brutal. Comparisons to Britney Spears. Accusations of bad parenting. One user wrote: "I think it's time to admit you cannot buy talent for your kids."
