When we asked Head Chef Xavier Fays to create a dessert inspired by jazz, this was the result - The Piano Dessert.
Crafted in a custom patented mold made exclusively for Epicurus, it’s a dessert you won’t find anywhere else in Copenhagen. Familiar flavours, comfort, depth, texture - and just the right amount of surprise.
