This was also the first time hearing @endofthelinesd and damn did it hit! Still love the opening sample for their track “I conduct funeral services almost daily.” Pretty sure I bought the EOTL 12” immediately after that.

Apologies for the iffy photos, they’re from January when I was trying to figure out how to take pics and post things. Didn’t feel like going back and reshooting the entire booklet either.

April ‘92: EOTL’s over but still making the record. We’d record all day and attempt last minute shows at night.This flyer was an open mic at the Che. Someone signed each band up for a slot.EOTL played 10 minutes. Undertow was in SD and Seth was hanging with us. The rest of his band decided to go down to Chula Vista, instead of playing.He got up alone with his guitar and did some songs. Unwound bailed out, too (I don’t blame either band!) The Crooks played instead. The next night all three bands on the flyer + Rice played a practice pad show, which ruled! The following day EOTL talked its way onto an Undertow/Downcast/Toad Liquor show at Santa Barbara’s Anaconda. That would be it for us, until these upcoming June shows. Coincidently, this flyer was designed by the vocalist of @three_moments_of_an_explosion
