Deze serie gaat voor mij over kijken en voelen. Over hoe licht over huid beweegt, hoe een beeld tastbaar kan worden. Niet alleen een portret van haar, maar ook van mij als maker.
Over het theatrale van styling en pose, en tegelijk over iemands echte aanwezigheid. Iemands identiteit. Wat iemand laat zien — en wat niet.
Soms zie je pas later wat er altijd al was — als je met andere ogen kijkt.
