Hi fam,
People are constantly asking me for advice. The past few months I have been asking myself, “If I could give one piece of advice to anyone, what would it be.” And this is what came to my heart.

KNOW WHAT SEASON YOU ARE In… AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
For everything there is a season, A time for every activity under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest.

If you are in a season of healing… please slow down and prioritize things in your schedule that aid your healing.

If you are in a season of building. Spend your energy expanding and building.

I used to get so frustrated when people told me, “Be Present.” What does that mean?? Now I get it. When you know what season you are in… you can be at peace and present knowing you are exactly where you need to be. On top of that… you can celebrate others in seasons you desire to be in as well because you understand that you aren’t being denied or rejected or a failure, just in a different season.

Even better, when you know what season you are in, it is easier to focus and be a good steward of the opportunities this season provides. You can prepare more effectively and stop wasting your energy on things, activities or people who aren’t helpful for where you are today and where you want to go.
