Handmade Chinese Soup Dumplings Spot

Everything we tried:

🥟 Pork soup dumplings — recommend ✅
Juicy soup inside, and the skin is slightly thick with a little chew. I recommend dipping them in their house-made dumpling sauce or black vinegar. They also have other meat options.

🦐 Har gow (shrimp dumplings)
Filled with shrimp paste, bamboo, and dried scallops, has a stronger seafood flavor compared to traditional ones.

🥟 Pan-fried pork & chive dumplings
Crispy on the outside, and you can tell the skin is handmade. The filling is very juicy and lightly seasoned, more of a homemade style.

🍜 Beef fried noodles — recommend ✅
Yellow egg noodles with black pepper beef and vegetables. Savory with a nice peppery and wok flavor.

🥟 Chili oil wontons
Appetizer with shrimp and pork filling, topped with chili oil and dumpling sauce.

🍗 Szechuan spicy chicken
Spicy with a slight numbing kick, best paired with rice.
